The Granaz roots come from more than 40 years of a family owned hospitality business. At Granaz, like every successful hospitality business, we Plan, Act & Endeavor to build joy into people’s lives. In the early years, Granaz took baby steps and helped many homeowners as well as investors with their small and medium-sized projects. We started slowly but surely to establish and practice our values. During our early years, we realized there is neither creativity nor joy in many of Ohio’s real estate projects. Many sad strip malls or multifamily residential units are built every year. Rather than focusing on building cheap, uninspiring structures, we have endeavored to build structures that are visually and experientially pleasant. We have a great team of experienced, creative, and knowledgeable individuals who can truly deliver our mission and keep up with our standard.
