The Signature of Fairlawn was our premier project in the city of Fairlawn, Ohio. Totalling 54000 S.F. of premium office space in a 4 story configuration. This structure was desi- gned & managed by David Yadidsian & Ethan
Shajie, pictured at the groundbreaking attended by the Mayor of the City of Fairlawn. Steel framing with bar joist decking was selected as the super structure system for this project and proved ideal for the vision of the owners.
The Emerald Center
Totaling 22, 000 S.F. of Premium office space in a 2 story configuration, this building became one of the classic office condominium in Summit county Ohio. Granaz North Office is also located in this building. This building was designed & Managed by our architect David Yadidsian.
