Granaz group is seeking a motivated, creative, and problem solving candidate who is adept at working in small teams and able to produce Construction/ Architectural Documents with guidance from a project lead or senior architect. As Architectural Design Coordinator you will support the architect and creative teams with general office and design duties (drafting, sourcing, plotting, coordinating, filing, etc). This role will assist teams by gathering required design project materials and ensuring that all workstations have the most up-to-date sketches, plans, and renderings. Coordinator will be the architectural librarian for the teams.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage architectural library for various projects
- Collect relevant images from magazines and books to assist with design process
- Update architectural renderings in all workspaces
- Create CAD drawings, 3D modeling, and projects architecture scale models (maquettes)
Requirement:
- Proficient in Revit and 3D modeling, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop
- Knowledge of construction processes
Skills:
- Knowledge of new construction materials, specifications, and techniques
- Comfortable in research and development
- Good communication and organization skills
